Handmade Crochet Cloche Hat Color: Red I was inspired by the art deco era of the 1920s when I designed this hat. Has a large frilly crochet flower attached Crochet hat made with acrylic yarn. One size fits most adults heads 20-23 inch circumference. I first started designing crochet hats because it was nearly impossible to find a crochet cloche hat 10 years ago. My frilly flower design has been my biggest seller, now nearly decade later many other crochet hat designers have incorporated the frilly flower into their designs, which cool to see.
